Privacy Policy
As part of providing a counselling service to you, Reconnecting Counselling will need to collect and record personal information from you that is relevant to your current situation.
All personal information gathered will remain confidential and secure except when:
1. It is subpoenaed by a court.
2. When failure to disclose information would place you or others at risk.
3. Your prior approval has been obtained to provide reports to your GP, Lawyer, parents or employer.
4. Requested by relevant government authorities.
Booking Confirmation Policy
24 hours' notice is required for a cancellation or a fee of half the price of the session will apply. Upon making an appointment you are acknowledging this agreement.
